![]() ![]() Stone Tower Winery has a beautiful indoor space for ceremonies, and I love the decorations Danielle and Ben chose. I was definitely thankful for the first look portrait time we built in!!! It was all worth it because the Blue Ridge Mountains looked fabulous in the background, and all of the fall colors in the flowers and outfits just popped against the vineyard. It actually rained so badly that day that there were tornados in the area! Crazy. The three of us totally bonded over our love of Charleston and I was so happy when I got to be there on their special day! Stone Tower Winery Wedding Dayĭanielle and Ben’s wedding day actually wound up having a ton of rain, but thanks to the first look they planned, we were able to get outside for some beautiful portraits before the storm. Plus I absolutely adore Stone Tower Winery and photographing weddings there!!! Danielle and Ben started dating in 2012 and after a surprise Boone Hall Plantation proposal (seriously, the most BEAUTIFUL plantation in Charleston!!!), the two began planning their wedding day. The setting was incredibly idyllic. This fall Stone Tower Winery wedding day is one of my favorites! I absolutely love Danielle and Ben and their wedding day was just so beautiful. The sky lit up with rainbow hues as you can see. The sunset at Stone Tower Winery was absolutely insane. Alison and Joe took advantage of all the vineyard options on the property. This location however is beautiful as you can see, the background is filled with grapevines and planted flowers.ĭue to the size of the property and grounds at Stone Tower Winery the wedding photo options were pretty mush endless. For example sometimes when the bride is walking down the aisle, the background is a parking lot or something that is not meant to be photographed. Sometimes there are certain angles that get overlooked and when captured it’s not the best background. I personally loved the Hillside location because it was stunning from all angles. You can see a photo of the Tank room here. ![]() The Ballroom location is where Alison and Joe had their reception which you’ll see in photos below and The Tank room is a double story room with steel tanks on one side, barrels on the other and large windows. If you look at the photo below, you can see the ceremony location to the left of the pond. The Pond location is located near the pond on their property. Alison and Joe chose the Hillside location that overlooked the property, rolling hills and vineyards (pictured below). All ceremony sites can accommodate up to 250 guests. It was the perfect spot to get hair and makeup done, have lunch, hangout and get first look photos for the bride and groom.Ī Stone Tower Winery wedding gets four ceremony options to choose from: Hillside, Pond, Ballroom or Tank Room.
